Will my insurance company pay for a tow to the shop?

Yes. Your insurance company will pay for your vehicle to be towed from the scene of the accident either directly to our shop, or as a secondary tow to Dudley Collision.
     

I have made my claim and I'm ready to have my vehicle repaired, what do I do next?

The next step is for the insurance company to conduct an inspection of your automobile. This inspection is usually done before any repair begins.      

Will my insurance company pay for a rental vehicle?

Your insurance company  will pay for some or all of the cost of a rental vehicle if your  policy includes rental insurance.  There is usually a pre-specified amount of money that you can use on a rental, which is often sufficient to cover your rental throughout the duration of the repair.

How long will it take for me vehicle to be repaired?

The exact duration of the repair depends on a number of factors, including the extent of the damage to your car.  We strive for efficiency, and are generally able to provide quite accurate estimates once we have had the opportunity to look at the car.
     

What if the insurance company's estimate doesn't cover the full cost of the repair?

The estimate provided by your insurance company's adjuster is based on visible damage, but some damage is not noticeable until after the repair process has begun. In these cases, we can negotiate with the insurance company on your behalf for a second appraisal.

How much is my deductible, and how do I pay it?

 In some cases, such as if you are determined to be at fault for the damage to your vehicle, or if the claim is for theft, you'll be responsible for paying your deductible. Your insurance company can  provide you with the exact details. Payment for the deductible can be made at Dudley Collision when the repair is completed.
